Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 25 years as a registered nurse, specializing in oncology care. That background defines how I advocate for my clients today. Nursing taught me how to listen deeply, communicate complex details clearly, solve problems under pressure, and put people first during critical life milestones. Those skills directly shape how I negotiate contracts, manage transaction timelines, and care for you and your family throughout the process.

Twenty years ago, I relocated 500 miles from Cincinnati, Ohio, to make the Lake Norman area my home. I know firsthand what it feels like to move somewhere new, start over, and need someone you can trust to help show you the way. Today, my husband Paul, our Yorkie Pixie, and I live in Davidson, and our two grown sons live nearby in Durham and Charlotte. Having raised my family here and spent two decades in this community, I offer guidance rooted in genuine local knowledge, whether you’re relocating from afar or moving across town.
